The job's done. The invoice still hasn't gone out.
Firavia runs the whole company on one spine: maintenance that schedules itself, service reports signed on site, and the invoice raised the moment the work is done. From the first enquiry to the money in the bank.

Built on an engine that already runs a working fire protection company's operations, every day.
Your records are isolated from every other company at the database itself, and that isolation is tested on every release.
Quotation to work order to report to invoice, one chain. Each document builds from the last.
14 days free, card handled by Stripe, cancel in two clicks. We never see your card number.
Running a fire protection company on spreadsheets leaks money three ways.
Maintenance dates slip
Every serviced building has a next-due date. When it lives in a spreadsheet and someone's head, cycles get missed. A missed cycle is lost recurring revenue, and it is your client's compliance record on the line.
Reports stuck in WhatsApp
The technician finishes on site and the report is a photo in a chat thread. Someone retypes it later, if they remember. The client waits, and the paperwork that proves the job was done goes cold.
Work done, never billed
The job closed last week. The invoice is still in the pile. Revenue you have already earned sits uncollected because raising the invoice is a separate, manual, end-of-month scramble.
One system, from the enquiry to the paid invoice.
Every record links to the next. Nothing is retyped, nothing falls through, and you can see the whole chain from any point.
Extinguishers, hosereels, cabinets. If you sell the equipment other fire companies fit, Firavia tracks the stock, the delivery orders and the billing on the same spine. Many companies do both, and Firavia runs both from one workspace.
The parts that stop the leaks.
The schedule builds itself from your contracts.
Tell Firavia what each contract covers and how often. It generates the visit schedule, shows you what is due at which site before the date passes, and never forgets a building. Overdue work is on your dashboard, not in the back of anyone's mind.
Reports done on the phone, signed before your tech leaves.
Your technician works through a structured checklist on site, attaches photos, flags deficiencies, and hands the phone over for a signature. The report exists the moment the job ends, and the flagged deficiency is already a quotation waiting to happen.
The invoice exists the moment the work does.
The invoice is built from the quotation and the completed report, not retyped from memory at month-end. Close the job and the bill is ready to send, with every line traceable back to the work that earned it.
A portal for your customers
Clients log in to see their own sites, reports and invoices, and sign reports. They only ever see their own records.
Every site, one view
Multi-site servicing and multiple branches in one place, with roles so a technician never sees pricing.
Stock and supply built in
Products, stock levels, sales orders and delivery orders, on the same system as servicing.
Built like the systems you inspect: to a standard.
Every record carries your company's identity, enforced by the database itself, not just hidden by the screen. We attack this wall in testing on every release.
Technicians work without seeing pricing. Finance sees everything. Your customers see exactly their own sites and nothing else.
Reports carry who did the work, what was found, the photos and the signature, linked to the invoice that billed it.
Billing runs on Stripe's infrastructure. Your card details never touch our servers, and cancelling is two clicks, not a phone call.
Pay for the modules you use, and the people who use them.
Field Service is the base every workspace has. Add a module when you need it, drop it when you don't — what you already recorded stays readable either way.

Straight answers.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Firavia runs in a browser on a laptop and on a phone in the field. Your technicians open it like any website and it works on site.
How long does setup take?
Minutes. Sign up, answer three setup questions, then add your first customer and service agreement, and Firavia builds the visit schedule from there. Have an existing customer list? Send it to us during your trial and we load it for you. Enterprise plans include full migration help.
Is my company's data separate from everyone else's?
Yes, completely. Every record belongs to your company and is walled off in the database, not just hidden in the interface. Another company on Firavia cannot see a single row of yours. This is the one thing we test hardest.
Can my customers see their own reports?
Yes. Each of your customers gets a portal login that shows only their sites, service reports and invoices, and lets them sign reports. They never see another customer, and they never see your pricing.
I supply equipment, I don't service. Is this for me?
Yes. Add the Inventory module and you get products, stock levels, sales orders and delivery orders. Field Service comes with every workspace and is what the rest hangs off, so if you do both you add both and nothing is duplicated.
Does it fit fire safety regulations here?
Firavia is built around how fire protection work actually runs, and the regulatory frameworks are configurable for your market, Singapore's SCDF included. Ask us about yours.
What happens after the free trial?
On day 15 the card on file is charged for the month: each module you chose, priced on the number of people in your workspace. The pricing section shows the rate and the signup form shows your monthly total before you enter a card. Cancel any time before day 15 and you pay nothing. Cancel later and you keep access to the end of the month you paid for.
The next serviced building has a due date. Put it somewhere that will remind you.
